The Saints Row reboot looks like it will retain the over-the-top open world action of previous games in the series, though it seems to be pulling things back a bit when compared to Saints Row 4 and Gat Out of Hell. According to Russian state news agency Tass, the man was discovered by sailors off the coast of the Primorsky region, home to the port of Vladivostok on the Sea of Japan, also known as the East Sea.
