The Nintendo Switch has plenty of original games that have proven to be system sellers, but it has also slowly been building an impressive catalogue of remasters and ports to help keep players busy during those long stretches between Nintendo exclusives. Fans of the Saints Row franchise should be excited to learn that one of the best installments in the series is on its way to the portable Nintendo console.

Agents of Mayhem didn’t exactly scratch the same itch as peak Saints Row, so revisiting The Third is actually a pretty appealing proposition. It will be interesting to see if the new version has any upgrades, new features, or other exciting changes to sweeten the pot.
There is no firm release date at this point, but it sounds like the project is aiming for a launch sometime next year.
